I had 3 agents contact me on Bark to come out a value my rental property and Bates & Co stood out from the crowd immediately. They delivered on everything they promised and found suitable tenants for my property even before marketing! Fantastic work and would highly recommend.

Bates and Co let my property on the first viewing and placed the exact tenants I was hoping for. Since entering the property market as a landlord this was my time feeling as if an agent worked for me, rather than themselves! Would absolutely use them again.

I found Bates&Co.. very professional, courteous and approachable. I dealt with Bethan and she explained all that I needed to know. I asked a few questions that I had thought of before meeting with her and she answered each question with clarity. Rarely do I meet people who have the consideration of both the Landlord and the Tenant in mind, but Bates&Co seem to excel in this area with satisfactory outcomes for both parties. Their fees are reasonable and they deal with any issues that arise professionally and quickly. I can always contact them if needed, no waiting around. I decided to give them a go and it’s a decision I have not regretted. Would recommend Bates&Co. Great service !
